THE FRANK SOO FOUNDATION PRESENTS: SWAB UNITED

Supporting #SwabForYvette and DKMS

After hearing the story of Yvette, the Frank Soo Foundation has decided to hold a football tournament to raise awareness to this cause. Not only will this fun tournament help raise funds for DKMS it will also be a swabbing event so participants can register as Stem Cell Donors. Once registered, you can potentially become a Bone Marrow Donor and save someones life!

Come to the Match and become a Match!

If you cannot attend the event, you can join the donor register online here https://www.dkms.org.uk/get-involved/virtual-drives/yvette

stem cell donors to save sister’s life

● Yvette Chins’ brother and sister-in-law are calling for more Chinese and East
Asian people to register as stem cell donors with the hashtag #SwabForYvette

● White Caucasian people have a 71% chance of finding a match from an unrelated
donor. This drops to a 37% chance for patients from minority ethnic backgrounds

● More information on how to register and help at SwabForYvette.com
